Private Galleries (whether Password Protected or Hidden) are not accessible through the Real Time Editor or Navigation Menu Bar.  Therefore, the only way to manage Images in an existing Private Gallery is to access through the Manage Your Galleries or Manage Your Images.

Through Manage Your Galleries

1. Click Manage in the Menu Bar.
2. Under Images & Galleries, click Manage Your Galleries.
3. Scroll down to the Private Gallery you want to change, then click the View button to open the Image Manager.

Through Manage Your Images

1. Click Manage in the Menu Bar.
2. Under Images & Galleries, click Manage Your Images.
3. In the Image Manager, click the Private Gallery you want to change on the list to the left.
