Can I use my own domain name and URL?

Yes!  You can use your Registered Domain Name as your Redframe site URL/Web Address Free of Charge.  Click here for more information.  Please note, Redframe does not host/sell/register domain names.

What happens at the trial end?

We will contact you before your trial expires. You can choose one of our plans and pay by credit card. Your trial account will become your permanent account (all of your customizations, data, and actions remain intact). If you decide not to start paying at the end of your free trial, your account will expire. You will have up to 90 days after your trial expiration to turn your site back on and make it live.

Can I change plans at anytime?

You bet! Upgrade anytime right from your Redframe dashboard. Don’t waste time trying to decide which plan to choose based on options. Simply choose the length of subscription you prefer and launch your own advanced photography website. It’s that easy!.

How will you bill me?

We offer monthly, bi-yearly(twice per year), and annual billing. You can pay by credit card online.

Can I cancel at any time?

Yes, you may cancel at any time. We do not provide refunds for services you have already been billed for. We also have an exclusive feature that will allow you to store your website and files for up to a year at no extra fee. Just come back and start up a subscription plan and you are back in business.

Can I display my site in another language?

Yes. All subscribers have access to the code that defines the appearance of their website. It is possible for any designer comfortable with HTML to replace the majority of the English text manually, however there are some areas of your site- like the Shopping Cart pages- which are not customizable.

Do I need another web host?

No. All Redframe plans include our fully-managed cloud hosting, ensuring your website remains available at all times.
