Log in to your Redframe Admin/Site Editor

To Log in To your Redframe Admin, go to www.admin.redframe.com, and enter your username and password and click ‘Login’

If you have recently made changes to your Redframe site, then go to your site to view it, you may notice the editing cog on the upper right hand side of your site.admin-sprocket You can click on this icon to quickly log in.  Rest assured that your visitors do not have that option, and if you log out from your Admin area or clear your browser cache then the editing cog will disappear.

Note:  You cannot log in to the Admin/Site Editor from your Redframe Site Homepage itself.  The editing cog will appear if you are already logged in for quick access to the admin/editor when viewing the site in the Real-Time.  However for initial log in or logging in if logged out previously, you need to log in at admin.redframe.com

If you need to change your Log In Information from within your Redframe site Admin/Site Editor:
  1. Roll or Hover your mouse over Your Name in the Top Menu
  2. Click Your Account from the drop down that appears
  3. Hover over Edit Your Username/Password and click either Edit Username and/or Edit Password
  4. Enter your new information
  5. Click “Submit Edit”

Your username must be a minimum of 6 characters and can contain alpha and/or numeric characters.

If you have changed your email address, you will likely want to change your Contact Email Address too.

To change your Contact Email Address, in your admin:
  1. Roll or Hover your mouse over Your Name in the Top Menu
  2. Click Your Account from the drop down menu that appears
  3. Click Edit Your Personal Info
  4. Enter your new information
  5. Click “Submit Edits”

NOTE:  It is important to keep this email current, as this is the email account for communication with Redframe support staff, as well as the email the Contact Form Page on your site is emailed to by visitors to your site and/or customers.
